A wall inside our church lobby has a memorial board that houses plaques where we can honor members of our families or friends who have passed away. The cost of the plaque is $350.

 You may print the form below and bring it in, or mail it to us along with a check. We will order the plaque, mount it when it comes and take a picture and email it back to you. Please note there is a 3 - 4 month lead time once we receive your request.

All are welcome - men and women! Please consider joining the Rosary Guild on the second Tuesday of each month at 4pm in the church as they gather to pray the Rosary.
